Hi Jason,

did you have a look at the originateToXXXAsync methods in
org.asteriskjava.live.AsteriskServer in 0.3-m1?
As far as I can see this should address your problem and handles all
that callMap stuff under the hood. It also reports whether the channel
was busy, not answered and so on. Does that work for you?
