Hi.

I have experienced similar behaviour.

It usually happens, when you stop asterisk while applications are connected
via the Manager API to it. Once you start asterisk again, the application
will try and restore the manager connection, but it seems as if something
goes wrong with this reconnect. Resulting in the list of duplicate IPs and
no manager account name when executing the 'show manager connected' command.

Hope this helps in tracking and fixing the problem.
