It seems that the callerId property is only available on Asterisk
servers patched with BRIstuff.
I've added it to the upcoming 0.3 release of Asterisk-Java.
For now you can either ignore the message, add the property to the
ExtensionStatusEvent or upgrade to a snapshot of 0.3.
