I thought I had to remove the GC Java before installing Sun's. Which I did with "yum remove ...". But as a matter of dependencies, a lot of apps got "broken". So I guess I'm gonna stick with Fedora (that is, redo a fresh install) and get Sun's alongside GCJ. As you guessed, I'm quite new to linux, but learning fast (hopefully :) ). thanx again |
