I understand now why i can't get anything from the SIP_CODEC variable....
So please just tell me if you know how to get information about the nature 
of a channel (video/audio).
In brief, when a channel is set, i just want to know if there is video on 
this one.
For the moment i'm interested in both ways: with or without the Manager 
API...
