The directory structure is as follows:

+dev
    - asterisk-java-0.2.jar
    - fastagi.properties
    - fastagi-mapping.properties
    - my scripts...

Invocation is as follows:   
    java -cp asterisk-java-0.2.jar:. 
net.sf.asterisk.fastagi.DefaultAGIServer
