I will try to summarize the problem and the solution I took. So this
question could be considered closed.

I have n agents in a queue and I wanted to know the state of these agents
and if someone calls these agents. For that I used AgentCalledEvent. It let
me know the number who is calling the agent who is called.

So that is it.
