Thank you for the reply.  We were testing with asterisk 1.6 and decided to
switch to 1.4 for a test.  Inbound and outbound are now working great with
1.4! 

This technology has huge promise! 

Thank you for all your efforts!  I look forward to the "official
announcement".

Hi Rodney,

the applet currently only supports ULAW maybe the call you've placed is
not compatible with that codec?
Improved logging and a better integration of the JavaScript code is
still on our todo list. That's also more or less the reason why there
hasn't been an "official" annoucenment for Asterisk-Java IAX yet.
You are welcome to try it out and report any issues you find with the
applet. We'll try to help you as good as we can.
