[Asterisk-java-devel] QueueMemberPaused implementation

Hi!

I've implemented QueueMemberPaused events, and exported paused status to 
AsteriskQueueMember interface. This is required for API Live to update member 
paused status, and report it properly to Live users.

Attached is a tiny diff with the modifications.

Please, feel free to merge with upstream if you find useful.
