I'm not certain how to do that. The second leg that is created when you use the dial command doesn't have an AGI thread running of its own, so when the first leg hangs up, thats that for both legs. You could try to initiate a manager Redirect command on the second leg and send it to a context with that will start a new AGI for that channel, prior to to the first leg hanging up.
