#3 Fix for with disconnect problem with asterisk server 1.6.0.x

Fix for with reconnect problem with asterisk server 1.6.0.0 / 1.6.0.1. The reader does a ping event to check if its connection is active. The pong reply from the server does not end with an empty line causing the response never to be set in the ping action which causes a reconnect.

According to the changelog this should be fixed in asterisk 1.6.0.2 but i have not tested that yet.

I've added a fixed version of ManagerReader.cs in which the if block below the "// Fix for asterisk 1.6.0.x where x < 2" is added.
