    Dear Han,
I suggest a simple improvement by allowing to save the results from the 'AAVSO report' button to a user provided directory/file name. This would require only to add the usual 'save as' window for saving files to disk. The current automatic file saving procedure is cumbersome as the two result files will have to be renamed and saved to a different location anyway.

    Thanks, Axel

No problem. I have implemented it already.

Would it not be helpful to add the variable abbreviation to the file name? Now it uses the image series file name.

Changed it already to something like:
    BS_UMa_2020-03-31_report.txt

    Hi Han,
that default file name is a good idea. I will check the development version as soon as possible.
The 'measure all annotations' option will be helpful. Are the additional magnitude values also listed in the report file or do I have to copy and paste it to a spreadsheet?

Once you activate the option 'measure all annotations', and did a run you can just select one Var and one Check star in the report window. So it is like "measure the images once, report many different variables".

No need to export the data to a spreadsheet.

the save option works as expected, thanks! I still have to try out the 'measure all annotations' option in depth, may take some time.
