Han i have two stacked fits from two sessions one rgb one using a duoband filter i tried aligning and calibrating which seems to work but seems no colour can this be done , i need both images to be aligned the same so i can extract color channels using Startools , both sets use a different gain setting rgb i use 100 gain and filtered 120 Gain and im using a zwo533mc .

Sorry for not getting back sooner Han ,user error checking colour in Startools ,aligned and calibration works fine ,as always super easy using ASTAP.
Update on this Han i checked the two aligned and calibrated filed the one dated the 13 th (L Enhance) seems to have a demosaicing effect of little white dots over the image and the one dated the 18th(Rgb ) doesnt any idea what i may have done wrong https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dSfJ92Rr-t2RJZdmLIqR-ZhcUHR4Wtrq?usp=sharing
I have uploaded the original stacked fits to your upload link Hann ,my link is to the aligned and calibrated
I think the problem may be down to stacking the images from a OSC camera using the optolong L Enhance filter ,could you assit in telling me what stacking parameters i should be using han when stacking osc data with a L Enhance filter .
Update , installed very latest version of astap and restacked , i noticed there was an error in stack txt to do with pixel scale of flats and to choose normalise flats for OSC , restacked with this option and this seems to have worked i cant see dots , i havent aligned and calibrated the two stavked fits but will do once i redo the rgb stack .
Regards Dave
i can Dropbox the full stack should you require it Han .
