I an able to plate solve for polar align in sharpcap but when goingto platesolve i Nina it gives me the erro message "platesolve failed downsampling factor too high." please help! stuck

In Nina settings you can set the ASTAP downsampling factor. Set it at 0 (=auto) as shown in this screen shot here:
