    Dear Han,

Excited about the new release of ASTAP, especially with my favorite use for photometry.

When I create the AAVSO report, the option to select the filter went away. For example, yesterday I used a Lum filter (value for "Filter" is "Lum" in the Photometry tab. My Gaia comp.stars is "Local database" and "AAVSO annotation is "Local DB mag 15". I did not do any transformation (mono camera). I use Measure all annotated SNR>30, my favorite feature.

Per AAVSO standard that would need to be changed to "CV". I worked around that my saving the report as a TXT file and did a replace all "Lum" to "CV" in notepad. Probably will be clarified as the documentation update comes out, meanwhile would be great if you can let me know if I am doing something wrong with this approach.

many thanks for your continuous improvements to ASTAP helping us all explore the universe,

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

You fix is the correct method. Currently ASTAP expects a blank value or CV for FILTER or no keyword FILTER. I will add a line accepting Lum as CV.

    Cheers, Han

Please check the functionality. I did not check the functionality properly.

    Cheers, Han
