Hello guys.
I'm trying calibrate and align a set of FITS images and ASTAP show the error: "List index (999) out of bounds." and crash.
When I choose calibration only, all images are calibrated.
But when I choose calibration and alignment only, on stack method, this error occurs.
I tried with star alignment and astrometric alignment.
I'm using ASTAP 20220507 in Ubuntu 21.10.
Attached is an image with the error.
Has anyone had this problem?
Best regards and sorry for my bad english.
To find the cause the easiest way to find is by providing me with a small test set images to simulate the error here. Running the program in the debugger will point me directly to the problem.
Just share the images zipped via https://ufile.io/ and share the link or any other way.
Regards, Han

Hy Han.
Here is the link https://ufile.io/f/pecac.
I attached all images used (Darks, Bias, Science images using B and V filters and images from configuration TABS used).
Thanks for your support.

Zana.

I have the files but the darks and flats are missing.
Normally the darks are combined to a master dark. I only need that one.
The flats are also combined to a master flat combined with the bias. Without a flat the bias files are not used.
Just share the master dark and if you have one the master flat.

See the attached videos.
First I selected to calibrate only, it did the calibration.
Then I changed it to calibrate and align and it did the job.
But now the error came back regardless if I select to calibrate or not.

I see it happening but I still can not explain it. I see you making 4 or 5 masterdarks. I don't have a copy yet. Can you share all master dark, especially:
master_dark_50x7s_at_-10C_2022-5-020.fit
An other thing to try is the image selected as reference:
220521_Z_B_001.fits
This image is a bad one. Can you unselect or delete this one and try again? Bad reference image can result in errors.
Images where tracking is poor get a low HFD value. It is always good to check it or look to the quality value

Han, thanks for the help.
I think the problem was in some ASTAP configuration on my computer.
I reset the settings and everything went back to normal.
I apologize for wasting your time with me.
Zana.

Hy Han,
Attached are two master darks.
I didn't make flats for this series.

I don't get the error here.
1) Does it happen with the first file or any other specific file?
2) Can you make a screenshot of the log. This should be possible after the error occurs with CTRL+ PRINT SCREEN key and paste it somewhere
