As the title says. McAfee flagged the current download.

That is most likely because it is brand new. For each file name they they calculate a hash code and get these from the users. That hash code is then distrubuted to all Macfee users. This takes some time.

I'm pretty sure SourceForge is checking all files uploaded so it should be clean.

What is the exact message?

Any other virus scanner like from Win10 reporting something?
