Sorry, if it was already discussed. But I didn't find.

Is it possible to ingnore BAYERPAT field and treat the image as grayscale?
Bin it 2x2 and stack as gray.

Yes do that with batch processing (viewer, menu Tools, menu batch processing ....

If you apply with batch processing a bin x2 to all selected files then all Bayer keywords are removed automatically. Then the images are grayscale for ASTAP and can be stacked as grayscale.
