The problem is only using as stand alone, but that prevents me from stacking the images. Images taken with NINA were quickly solved by ASTAP. Images taken with SharpCap failed; however, during the imaging sessions with SharpCap, ASTAP was able to plate solve. I've read posts about this issue and have tried several solutions that did not work. Astrometry.net was able to solve the problem issues.
What is the current recommended solution?

After reading more posts, I added the telescope focal length to the Plate Solving settings. I also checked a FITS header and confirmed that the correct pixel size and location coordinates are entered.
I will try this and report back.

I was able to plate solve the troublesome images by using the using the Astrometric Alignment method. I used Astrometric.net to find the FOV height. I set the Radius search area to 30. I left the other settings at default. I used this method to successful solve, analyze and stack alll 1000 subs.
It appears that this was only an issue with the SharpCap FITS files. Files captured with NINA could be plate solved. It is possible that I entered wrong settings in SharpCap but I have confirmed they are now correct and will test it on my next imaging session.
