The hot pixels are detected as stars. Load the files in ASTAP, change this setting as below. (ctrl+A, tab alignment) Then hit the "solve current button" in ASTAP to make this setting permanent.
It is a little strange there are so many hot pixels. I would try to cool to a lower temperature. For an ambient of about +16C, you should be able to cool down to -15 or -20C.
