Seestar 2-panel mosaic fails

Hi Han.
I've got a 2-panel mosaic of M42 shot with a Seestar which I'm trying to stitch but all my attempts have failed. I've attached the resulting file, astap log, stitch parameters and fits header. Whats interesting is that I input the correct FOV for the Seestar of 1.27deg but after processing the FOV is set to 1.82deg and the fits header says FOV is incorrect and should be 1.27! It almost looks like the canvas is being extended by the correct amount but in the vertical direction and not the horizontal (?).
I've tried star alignment and astrometric methods (both using original fits header and astap solution) with the same result.
I'm new to ASTAP so it may well be finger trouble on my part :)
