I've found a strange situation: when stacking comets using Ephemeris alignment (with Auto rotate set to on), the first time I run the stack it does not work properly (see First stack image). If I just click Stack again, it then works correctly (see Second stack image). Not a problem as I can run it twice but it is a bit strange.
