The ability to edit filter names under the stack method tab has disappeared. The change occurred in an update a month or so ago, and the subsequent updates have not fixed this. Can whoever does the coding sort this please.

    Hello Adrian,

You have to activate the option "Classify by filter". See attached screenshot. I hope this structures the process a little more. Does this work for you?

Maybe this is more self explanatory. Next version.

And the classify by light filter check box is always greyed out. So I cannot activte thta. That option vanished a few weeks ago. I thought it was me doing something wrong, but maybe its ASTAP!

The "classify by light filter check box" is greyed out because you haven't selected a compatible stack method. Select average of sigma clip. See attached.

I will see if it is better to remove this greyed out.

Yes, that was the problem. I can edit the filter names now, however I don't get the check boxes, but I can edit, so I am happy again. Thanks for the help

The extra check boxes are in text only to inform. They are implemented the development version only. It will be maybe released tonight or tomorrow.
