I have tested it in Win11. Both scroll bars are there. So I can't explain why ASTAP is not working at your setup. Can you check the ASTAP version in the viewer under pulldown menu Help? Maybe the program is not updated or you have two installations. I have no other explanation

Weird, I tried to reproduce your problem here in Win11 but it doesn't happen.
Can you delete the configuration by going to viewer menu FILE, SETTINGS, RETURN TO DEFAULT AND EXIT? Then start again. Tell me if this makes any difference.
If not, can you describe exactly which steps you do after startup. Form the video I see tab photometry, then tab blinking. Anything before?
Which tabs are effected. Only Blink?

I've tried "RETURN TO DEFAULT AND EXIT" - no help. This issue occurs always, even after fresh app start. It is visible in tabs where toolbar doesn't fit in screen width - Photometry, Blink and maybe Light - I see Planetary checkbox at far right, don't know if something should be after...

I've found something interesting - when I enable compatibility mode for ASTAP and check overwriting scale in high DPI - then I can see more after horizontal scrolling in ASTAP, but all GUI is a little blurry...
Other tabs fits all on my screen, there is no need to scroll - I think that if on any other tab there would be more elements, problem will be there also..
I'm using default 125% scale in system

The scroll bar shows up as soon you make the stacking Windows smaller. I have put a marker just right of the most right button.
I'm now creating a Win11 virtual machine on my Win10 computer. The previous test where done with a laptop which is not always available.
I can't find a difference in the setting of each tab.
Can you test the following:
1) Reduce the stack menu form "width" a lot. All scroll bars should become visible. Check and report for each of the following tabs if the scroll bar is there. So:
Lights tab,
Darks tab
Flats tab
Flat darks,
Result
Blink
Photometry.
Inspector
Mount analyse.
Then if the 125% scale is changed to 100%. Does it help to show the scroll bars?

Why is there no horizontal scroll bar in new versions of the program?
Lost while coding. I will bring it back.
Han
It was removed because some users found it confusing. What screen resolution are you working?
My laptop screen is 1366 x 768 and I can't access the features on the right side of the window
Fixed in ASTAP version 2023-08-04
There was a problem with the scrollbars. Download version 2023-08-05.
The problem is still not solved.
I see it. The horizontal bar is still a problem.
The vertical scrollbar will only come if the listview is filled with files.
Tomorrow I will fix it.
Try version 2023-08-10

Thank you so much!

Problem still exists in latest version (2023.12.21)
Strange. It works here. Can you try the latest version from today. If it still doesn't work, then tell me which Linux version you are using.
Cheers, Han

I've recorder short video to confirm issue

Yes it must have something to do with DPI/scaling behavior. I will compare the settings of each tab and see if I can find a difference.
What is the setting for the size of apps and text? 100% of else?
Other tabs fits all on my screen, there is no need to scroll - I think that if on any other tab there would be more elements, problem will be there also..

In Win10 with 125% size setting the problem is clear. I can see it now. See attached. I will fix it.

Try this version:

Thanks! Now on all tabs that elements don't fit I can scroll and access all elements!
I think I will modify it again such that the top line contains two rows. The current setup with two scroll bars is not ideal.
