Hi Han,
I have a sample image that is solved on the raspberry pi using astrometry.net.
I have attached
1. A screen shot showing my settings in the alignement tab for stacking
2. A screen shot showing the tetrahedrons tried
3. A screen shot showing the command to astrometry.net and the resultant process which leads to a solution
4. The actual file that was solved (9Aug2022BetLyr.fits)
Perhaps there's something I need to fix in the settings ?

Hi again,
Somehow the screen captures didn't get posted in the previous message; so I have attempted to post them again....

l'm currently traveling. In a week i will have access to a PC for better assistance. Then I will look to your problem.
Han
Thanks Han. Your photometry package is great... just need to be able to solve in order to use it :)
Hi everybody,
De bonne nouvelles!
Astrometric solution FIXED!
I needed to do 2 things:
1. Set the approximate RA and DEC
2. In the Stack alignment tab: Set FOV to auto
I can now solve an image of 1 sec duration!
PS Here are the 2 other images that go with the last post - FIXED
Hello Pat,
Good it is fixed. Once the FOV is found, it will remember the next time so you don't have to set the FOV at auto anymore.
Cheers, Han
