Sorry to have another question about photometric value when extracting TR data.
I have noticed that the ADU values in TR are systematically very high comparatively to TB and/or TG, even for star with B-V close to 0. So, all stars are appearing very red.
Could the ADU values reported in TR be double than they are really ? Maybe an error when debayerizing the images ?
I use to works with .cr2 files.

When splitting the values only the two green channels are averaged.
I have seen ofter that there is a difference betweent he values in the red, green and blue channels. To check you could just measure the pixel values in the raw. If you have pattern RGGB then pixel 1,1 should be red, pixel 1,2 and 2,2 are green and pixel 2,2 is blue (if I remember well). 1,1 is normally left botttom unless you flip the view.
You could also share a cr2 and I can have a look.
