Hello,
I'm using ASTAP as an external tool and I'm pretty happy of the solver features provided by the command line. It would be very useful if the -o option created also the converted image in a non-XISF format. As far as I know it's not possible at the moment, at least via command line. What do you think to add this feature?
Clear skies!
Giovanni.

Hi,
thanks for your reply! I need to solve an image and have it converted to
jpeg or png format: I already get the solved information parsing the wcs
file so what I need is to have a showable standard image. (btw does ASTAP
apply any kind of stretch before it solves the xisf source?).

Hi,
No problem, I will have a look.
Which file type to which file type do you want to convert? XISF to ...?
Converting of images can be down with the batch convert option in the viewer.
