When I calibrate my subs with flats I get this message during calibration. I use white light flatpanel. My flats are not saturated. What is the problem here?
The message indicates that in the raw flat there is too much blue, red or green. If you use a white source for making flats, just use the option as indicated in the attachment.
Some light sources like electro luminescence panels can loose red after some time. Just check/inspect if all pixels in the flat are reasonable illuminated. That means enough signal but also not saturated.
You could share the flat, so I can have a closer look.
For photometry you should not convert to colour. That could spoil the accuracy. Then just ignore the message.
Looking to your flats, it looks like red and blue are about 50% of green. I have seen that many times before including for my own camera. That doesn't matter for photometry.

Hi Han, I checked the normalise ocs flat but I also hadto check convert to colour. This way I can not extract the green channel for photometry :-)
