Hello, Han and Many Thanks for this incredible tool.
Being new to ASTAP, I probably am using the Tilt analysis incorrectly, as it seems like I get mixed results between using a Triangle or an Octagon tilt tool.
I will attach both results.
My workflow: open a file, plate solve; orient the North pointer; then use either Triangle or Octagon.
I am sure that I am missing something.

The octagon is more sensitive then the triangle. This is due to the maximum distance from the center. The octagon goes up to the corners of the image while the triangle is limited to a smaller circle. Just use the octagon. It is documented here:
