Yes, flat-darks en bias are in practise the same and interchangable. Theoretical it is better to make flats-darks but it is difficult to see a difference between 0.0 seconds or maybe 0.5 seconds (flat exposure time)

One thing I do is try to take flats with fairl fast shutter speeds so it is as close to a bias as I can get. I do sky flats to accomplish this. That usualy keeps shutter speed in the 0.0125 range.
