    Hi!

I'm trying to explore a suspected (not known) variable star with ASTAP, but run into problems. I have calibrated and updated astrometrical solutions, but when clicking on the arrow with a line ("Scroll through teh check marked images once") to update photometric information, I get an error: "Access violation".

I'm running ASTAP version 2022.07.14, 64 bit, on a Ubuntu system.

    Hell Magnus,

That is weird. Can you display the files by double click on them?

I suspect there is one or more files bad. If that double click works well can you provide me with a few of your files. E.g. upload them to:

    https://ufile.io/

    and send me the link.

    Han

    Hi!

Yes, I can display the files and the photometry works (as far as I can tell) on my Windows laptop.

Here are a few of the image files:

It is related to the AAVSO download. I will try to fix it.

There are no comparison files available from AAVSO for this part of the sky. The software can't handle that. Fixed in this version 2022-07-31:

    http://www.hnsky.org/astap_amd64.deb

    Windows version is also available.

    Cheers, Han

Tell me if this works. Then I can release the official version. Now it is only fixed in the development version.

Ah, great, testing. (however, the win version handled it before...)

OK, seems to work nicely! :)
    Thanks!
