The above are numbers from analyzing some data I collected. What do they mean? High numbers better/worse?
Nr stars/hfd is a relative indication. It is only for compare within the group. It is a calculated ranking number. More stars (Nr stars) detected is better. Higher HFD so larger stars is worse. So if you divide the two as Nr stars/hfd you get a combined ranking number. Only valid under the same conditions.
The σ is the standard deviation of all values. Not so interesting.

stars/hfd is the value in the quality column. That was missing.
Han if I am getting this result after stacking is it not stacking with my Bias frames?

yes no flat dark and no flat. Your flat is is missing, maybe one of the classify by is checked and flats doesn't match.

Info is also written to the header. Have a look into the header.

Flats I rarly take since I am not dealing with any vignet and I keep my gear clean.
Why wold it not stack my dark flats (bias)
I have over 200 (bias) selected and analyzed.

My flats are often 6 months old. No need to replace if the optics is clean.
If the flat is missing then the flat dark also missing since it is integrated in the flat. So why is the flat not included? Only reason could be classify "flat filter" is checked or a different dimensions then the light. Check dimensions of light and flat. Uncheck classify on "flat filter". Else have a look into the log. It would complain about the flat if it is missing.
