Apologies if this is a FAQ or if I have missed an obvious online source that would answer the query. Is there an explanation of the metrics ASTAP uses to analyse subs? Eg its HFD, quality, srapness, and sky background scores? I am particularly keen to interpret HFD correctly. Thanks!

HFD is described here:

But there are many other describtions if you Google for it.

Quality measurment is described in the help file.
Sharpness is measuring the slope of difference between pixels.
