New option in tab "stack method"

**Satellite streak filter. ** This is an advanced filter which removes streak lines from the stack either in "average" or "sigma clip average" mode. Streak lines are removed by first detecting the streaks. The detected lines are converted to an equation and used to remove all pixels ± 6 pixels from the calculated path. This allows removing the fainter outer parts of the streak but preserves the rest of the effected image. Combined with sigma clip stacking using a moderate σ factor it will preserve almost all pixels from a stack. It is essential to set the streak detection factors in tab "pixel math 2" correctly.

After long testing the conclusion was the "Satellite streak" filter did not improve the sigma-clip-average stacking as soon there are sufficient images (>10) . This using a moderate sigma setting of 2.0

So in the last ASTAP version 2023.07.09 it was reduced to streak detection only. If you click on the analyse + button it will display the number of streaks of each image in a column. So the proposed work flow is to use sigma-clip-average for stacking. Sigma setting maybe 2.0. If somehow a satellite streak spoils the results, you could use the analyse + button to find the image with the bright satellite streak spoiling your stack and just uncheck it.

Most of the time sigma clip average removes them for me but when I do get one that shows up unselecting that sub does work the best.
