    This error is coming up because you have downloaded a page
    from Yahoo! that is invalid. AST is considering this a
    critical error. I have modified the code so that it
    considers an invalid CSV as a minor error and will
    continue. I'm going to mark this fix as tentative pending
    more testing.

    The fix is very large so I won't attach a patch here, its
    svn commit #261 (svn diff -r 260:261 to see a patch).
