Downloaded lastest version (2.6.5) after installation there are three folders in the mysql directory, but nothing inside these files, to use to import to mysql - where do I find these files.

In fact where do I download a "full" installation file - I have been chasing bits and pieces for a new install. Surely there is one reposistory for all files ?
