[Assp-test] fixes in assp 2.8.2 *SPAM-Eliminator* build 24340

Hi all,

fixed in assp 2.8.2 *SPAM-Eliminator* build 24340:


- 'SpamLog' was not shown in the GUI left alphaindex - only 'spamlog' was 
shown

- because of changes in the time representation code in build 24291, 
blockreports were only done for the current day
