No, because assp is proxy, this is not possible. The IP connection to the 
local MTA is made before assp knows the recipient domain. Use your MTA to 
route mails domain based.

Hi,
is it possible to route mail for a specific domain to another SMTP 
destination?
I know, I can use multiple SMTP destinations, but then all servers get 
mails for all domains.
I want to configure the main SMTP server to get mails for all domains 
except blabla.de, and the second SMTP server to get only mails for 
blabla.de.
