[Assp-user] Block report hard to read

Firstly, let me say I'm pretty new to ASSP, and still working in a test environment to learn about it.
I'm sure this is a configuration I've messed up, but when I request a block report, the email headers are pretty much unreadable.

They look like this.

spam reason: (MessageScore 64, limit 50) [Ladies lock in your application before time expires]

Is there a way to make this look more user friendly.
