Have you double checked the permissions on the log file, and directory to 
make sure they are the same as the user running assp? Are there any error 
messages in the system log or assps log?

I've been having the problem where the maillog.txt doesn't roll over.  I
have the settings where the log should roll over every day, but it doesn't
happen.  Instead the maillog.txt file balloons to 300MB or more, if/when I
remember to change it.

  I searched but didn't find any mention of this.
