Hi many of my customers use their ISP for outgoing email, so the assp email commands won't work unless in webmail. the problem is i often have developers or IT people whitelisting for the clients who need a way to do it without having top login to one of the client's email addresses. I am trying to get some directions together so that people can whitelist from the cpanel interface. it seems the "R" icon to release/whitelist the message needs to use the smtp login as well. my question is: does clicking "I" whitelist the message? (from cpanel docs:) "4 You can see a list of blocked email also in your cPanel (exactly in this area) reading the LOGS in the ASSP Deluxe frontend . You can read the blocked email (using the "S" icon) and ask to retrieve it (using the "I" icon)." Thanks! Matt |
