After updating to the latest build (we were on a really old 1.9 build) we are now experiencing issues. I have narrowed it down to something in the email interface section of ASSP. When a user reports spam (forwards a spam message to assp- spam@...) the perl.exe process stops and in turn the ASSP service is stopped. If I start the ASSP service backup, the mail server tries to resend the message and ASSP crashes again. I have a standby server that I copied my current ASSP config to and told our mail server to use it for outbound email and it does the same thing, crashes whenever someone report spam. This is what I see in the ASSP maillog tail: Terminating ASSP: mainloop exception: Invalid [] range "[-\$" in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/([[-\$ <-- HERE A-Za-z0-9'\.!\240-\377]]{2,})/ at c:\assp\assp.pl line 33826.; In the documentation for the new version it says to use assp.local or assp-notspam.org, i tried assp-spam@... and it crashes as well. For now I have disabled the email interface and that seems to keep ASSP from crashing when someone reports spam, but we would like to be able to use the email interface. Any ideas? |
