I come back to you (again) about another issue with the resend link
generate on the ASSP-Block report.
Today I try to ask a resend by clicking on the link present on the
The link is like:
with Subject: request ASSP to resend blocked mail from ASSP-host
Unfortunately I got an error from ASSP with the result:
The requested email-file spam/Re_www_eftps_gov_contact--157261.eml no longer exists on ASSP-host assp.host.tld.
Please contact your email adminstrator, if you need more information.
in the log I see:
déc-19-12 14:18:02 [Worker_10000] Error: can't open requested file
Re_www_eftps_gov_contact--157261.eml in any collection folder
I suspect that ASSP trying to find the mail based on the subject, but
due to of the rebuildspam (and move2num) ASSP seems to be lost ...
What's the best approach to manage this kind of issues ?

That is most definitely the reason if "UseSubjectsAsMaillogNames" is
enabled. Assuming you're done with the process of building up your
corpus, I think you can safely disable that option. Any future requests
to future emails will work as it should. Use the reporting options to
more fine tune your mailbox. You may also want to make use of the
"sendAllSpam" option to have a copy of the spammy emails sent to a
specific email account where you can monitor the emails (if you really
need subject names).
