Project @ssistant Second Release

This is the second major release of Project @ssistant (PA) and fixes several bugs as well as the first release of the Project modules.

This l release of PA includes a contacts module, project module and admin module. The contacts module is similar to a traditional address book but has the added advantage of being able to handle more that one person per company unlike many existing systems.

The project module allows resources and resource groups to be assigned to project tasks and multiple tasks per project.

This release also includes a fully functional admin module allowing admins to assign access rights to groups and users. PA offers a layed access system which allows several 'Companies' to use the same system independantly of each other.
