I've been loading animations from Collada files (including the AstroBoy sample file) successfully and I've noticed that the first frame (at T = 0) isn't included in the loading aiAnimation. Usually, that first frame is the skeleton's position in the scene's node hierarchy, which means it's not unrecoverable but the layout is a bit messy. If you assign an animation to a mesh and loop it around you lose the first frame, which is a less-than-ideal situation. Am I missing something or is that the case? Is this because of Collada or assimp? Would fixing this so there's a frame 0 in the aiAnimation data be possible?
