#1 User Groups capabilities

It'd be desirable to have, apart from the current user
level system, a user group system.

That way we could have several users from the same
level splitted in groups. For example, at user level
'member' we could have a group called 'Team A' and a
group called 'Team B'. Those groups could access to the
common items but each group could only have access to
its own restricted items.

That implies to add several fields on the related
tables and to perform a double check (user level and
user group) on the items that need it.

That would make ASP Nuke more suitable as a groupware
tool and more attractive to new users.

Please let me know what do you think about this.
