Please remove the redundant copy constructor from the
PosibErr class template.
The following constructor
PosibErr(const PosibErr<void> & other)
: PosibErrBase(other) {}
is considered the same as this constructor
PosibErr(const PosibErrBase & other)
: PosibErrBase(other) {}
I've verified that cygwin, when the copy from void
constructor is removed, calls the copy from PosibErrBase
constructor.

    Is there a reason you wan't it removed?

    I wanted it removed because I was receiving a compilation
    error. I backed the change out, tried rebuild with VC6 and
    BCB 5.5, just now and did not receive an error. Some times
    this happends. A latter change may have made this patch
    unneccessary.
    However, as I continue to to bring my and your code
    togeather, that problem may come up again. How about
    reducing the priority for this and keeping it open for a few
    weeks? If I can't reproduce the error, I'm sure you will reject
    the patch. Fair?

    I'm not sure I understand your question. I don't want it
    removed because I suspect that not getting the error was a
    fluke, and that as I make more patches, the problem will come
    up again.

    Do Newer VC++ versions have this problem. If it is fixed in a newer version, which version? Also what platforms does this version of VC++ support?
