Usually errors go to stderr while ordinary messages go to stdout.
This modification allows prezip-bin to send the help usage message to stdout or to send the help error message to stderr.
to test, you can try (to stdout.txt):
prezip-bin --help >stdout.ext 2>stderr.txt
and generate an error (to stderr.txt)
prezip-bin --hheellpp >stdout.ext 2>stderr.txt
