#74 Apostrophe #92 symbol is not supported

In many cases when pasting text from sources like outlook we have #92 symbol ( ’ ) as apostrophe.
Currently it is not supported and we found no way to add it to rules except workaround.

For example:
shouldn't - pass spell check
shouldn’t - fail spell check
