#264 Мissing headers

Aspell 0.61-cvs (2002-07-29 20:17:13) can not be maked by gcc 4.7.1 with diagnoctics:
common/hash.hpp:52:13: error: 'ptrdiff_t' does not name a type

The solution: add
#include <stddef.h>
into common/hash.hpp
